Adrenocortical Carcinoma
Stage I 
TNM T1, N0, M0 
The tumor is less than 2 in. (5 cm) and does not invade other tissues.

Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal of the tumor.

Five-Year Survival  60 percent 

Investigational 
• Adjuvant radiation therapy . 
• Adjuvant chemotherapy with mitotane .

Stage II 
TNM T2, N0, M0 
The tumor is larger than 2 in. (5 cm) but is still not invasive.

Standard Treatment  Complete surgical removal, similar to Stage I.
